Roberta Johnson, Executive Partner

Roberta Johnson is an experienced national business consultant, wellness champion and corporate communications and marketing expert. She previously founded Communications Design Group, Inc. in 1994. For 14 years, CDG specialized in working with large and mid-size corporations nationwide to design and implement innovative  communication and marketing initiatives, campaigns, branding and training. Roberta is combining her vast experience in corporate consulting and marketing with her unending passion for health and wellness to make Healthy ROI a premier wellness partner to physicians and corporations nationwide. We will work with you to implement cutting-edge ideas and solutions that achieve measurable results!

Roberta is also active in the community and is currently the Vice Chair of the West Kendall Business Association.  She was instrumental in bringing wellness to the business group by implementing their highly successful, first annual Health and Wellness Expo in Apriil 2010.  She continues to work with the association to promote wellness to all of its 400+ members.

Lois Galardi, Executive Partner

A dedicated mother of two with a passion to provide a warm and traditional home environment for her children, Lois’s business career began later in life.

From running a small CPA firm as office manager to accepting an opportunity to help build a start up dot.com company in the late 90’s, Lois’s organizational and managerial skills excelled and her creative marketing techniques were proven.  She was instrumental in the company’s growth from 4 employees to 38 in one year, and quickly became a strong leader and supervisor to her fellow employees. In 2001 Lois entered corporate America as Sr. Program Assistant to one of the Vice Presidents of PBS&J, a Nationwide Engineering Firm.

Today Lois brings her years of business experience and strong operational, administrative and marketing skills to Healthy ROI. Matched with her unending commitment to a better environment, toxin awareness and natural alternative healthy living, she is excited and determined to bring “wellness that works” to her clients.
