Personalized Health Coaching Helps the Employee and Benefits the Organization

Why Onsite Health Coaching? Employees that participate in the face-to-face health coaching benefit greatly and they love it! Many employees would like advice on how to lose weight, address specific health issues or lead a healthier lifestyle, but most don’t know where to begin. Healthy ROI has created this unique corporate program that personalizes employee wellness and helps companies create a healthier workforce.  

How does it work? Employees who choose to participate in the program will meet with a health coach once a week for 20 minutes. Meeting with a health coach each week ensures accountability, commitment and success.

Who is it for? Anyone who has health, weight loss and/or lifestyle goals they wish to achieve. We also offer Executive Wellness programs that are more in depth and even more customizable.

Who does the coaching? Healthy ROI works with a highly qualified team comprised of physicians, nutritionists and health coaches. We have negotiated deeply discounted rates for their services. After meeting with you, Healthy ROI will assign the coach that best suits your needs.

What does it cost? The cost is as low as $120 per month for three months. Working with a health coach would normally cost $200 - $300 per month and require a six month commitment. While some minimum participation level is required, we can work with you to design a program to meet your company’s specific needs.

Who pays for it? This program can be offered at no cost to the employer, although some companies agree to pay part of the cost or they create some incentives for the employees that successfully participate.

How do we get started? We offer an initial, 45-minute lunchtime wellness workshop, free of charge, to introduce the program, gauge employee interest and impart some great wellness tips that will benefit all that attend.
